INFORMATION

On the occasion of the opening of the Corpushuys (Academy of physical education, Groningen) on the 6th of september, 3 works of art have been realized. These monumental works are made by Corine Hörmann, Gabriëlle Kroese and Marianne Polfliet, in connection with a project of "PK Hamer".
On the pretext of "Action is Reaction" one sent each other work by mail during a number of weeks (action). Starting point was the theme of "Sports, Movement and other Trends". Then one reacted to each other's works (reaction).
The quantity and diversity of works which this process produced, have been used directly by the artists and translated in a special manner. It resulted in 3 works of art where the users of and dynamics in the Corpushuys has been taken into account.
