Pulp Fiction

These photographs were made for a cardboard factory. I placed the pinhole camera in spaces within the factory that I couldn’t see directly but could reach by extending my arms. I left the camera and a flashlight there for about half an hour, triggering the flash remotely.

I positioned the camera inside the machines, where old paper was turned into pulp, the raw material for (new) cardboard. Through the resulting images, I aimed to create new worlds shaped by pulp.
